DELIVERY

After you have placed your order, we will check as soon as possible whether your entire order is complete, if this is not the case, we will contact you by telephone about any items that have been lost from your order, and whether these items are still available. stock coming.

We strive to deliver orders placed and paid for before 16:30 the next day, if this is not possible, we will contact you.
If your package has a Track & Trace code, we will send this by e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that your ordered item is no longer in stock, you will be informed by telephone or e-mail. If desired, our employees can make suggestions for similar articles. Of course it is also possible to cancel (part of) your order in this case.

DELIVERY DELAYED

Is your delivery delayed? Then we will contact you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or the wrong item has been delivered. If this is the case, please contact us asap.
You have a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the invoice to return something. If your return deviates from the return policy, we will have to return the order. The return notification must be made to us within 5 days. The items must still be in new condition (i.e. including tags, packaging and unused).
